Hello! My name is Mrs. West, and I will be your child's first grade teacher this year. I hope you find my website informative.

I thought I would start by telling you a little bit about myself. I have been teaching at Jefferson Elementary for 23 years and I love it!

I am married to a wonderful man, and have two furry, 4-legged "kids," a 17 year old, Dickon, and a 3 1/2 year old, Hugo. I love dogs, reading, and technology. I am trying to learn how to program, and assisted my husband in making an app called Minute Moves, that I use in the classroom.
I look forward to a wonderful school year!
